Śledzie marynowane/ Pickled herring

I jeszcze coś „na szybko” – śledzie marynowane. Spokojnie, zdążycie przed Wieczerzą;)

Potrzebujecie:

  • śledzi a la matias
  • mleka
  • cebuli
  • musztardy
  • pieprzu białego
  • vegety
  • oleju rzepakowego
  • słoika – czystego i wyparzonego;)

Śledzie moczymy w mleku przez 24 godziny. Następnie suszymy, kroimy w drobne cząstki, wykładamy na talerz. Posypujemy lekko pieprzem, vegetą i smarujemy musztardą.

Cebule kroimy w kostkę.

W słoiku układamy warstwowo śledzie i cebulę. Całość zalewamy delikatnie olejem. Najlepsze po nocce w lodówce;) Powodzenia!

PS. Przepis pochodzi z kanału moim zdaniem.be, dziękuję Aniu. Na Ciebie zawsze mogę liczyć: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BxQibCf6QYw

All you need:

  • pickled herrings
  • milk

  • a jar – clean and scalded;)

Put herrings into the milk and leave it for about 24 hours.
Bring them out and chop into small pieces.
