Cześć:)
dziś kolejny łatwy i efektowny przepis.
- sól i pieprz
FARSZ:
- paczka warzyw mrożonych
- filet z kurczaka
- olej
- śmietana lub jogurt naturalny
ser żółty - ulubione przyprawy
- 2 jajka
Z podanych składników szybko zagnieść gładkie ciasto i schować do lodówki na godzinę. Można zrobić je również wieczorem i odłożyć na całą noc.
Mięso pokroić na małe kawałki, doprawić ulubionymi ziołami i obsmażyć na oleju na rumiano.
Warzywa podsmażyć na oleju, doprawić do smaku.
Foremkę natłuścić masłem i wylepić ciastem. Podpiec krótko
w piekarniku, tylko do zezłocenia. Na ciasto wyłożyć kawałki kurczaka, warzywa i zalać sosem ze śmietany, jajek i startego sera żółtego. Ja dodałam tu mocno aromatyczny ser koryciński. Smakosze mogą pokusić się o ser kozi;)

Całość zapiekać ok. 45 minut w temp. 180 stopni z termoobiegiem.
Hi:)
today next fast and easy recipe. This time chicken-veggie tart. Perfect as a main dish, but also as cold snack on a picnic. You can take your favourite ingredients as a filling. I chose frozen vegetables with romanesco cauliflower.
Ingredients:
Pastry (for a round baking tray - 20 cm)
Filling:
Pastry: mix all together quite fast and leave your pastry in a fridge for one hour or for whole night.
Cut meat into small pieces, add spices and fry it with oil.
Fry also vegetables with some oil and herbs.
Add some butter into a baking tray, put there rolled up pastry and bake around 10 minutes. Then add meat, veggies and a sauce made of cream, cheese and eggs.
I chose quite aromatic cheese, you could try also goat cheese if you like it;)
Bake your tart for about 45 minutes in 180 degrees with the air flow. After this time, check it carefully.
