Zatem do dzieła!
Składniki:
- 300 g mąki tortowej (można śmiało w jednej trzeciej użyć mąki krupczatki, dzięki temu ciasto jest bardziej chrupiące;))
- 20 g drożdży
- 2 łyżki oliwy
- jajko
- 1/2 szkl. ciepłej wody
- płaska łyżeczka soli
- odrobina cukru
Drożdże rozprowadzić z cukrem, ciepłą wodą i łyżeczką mąki.
No i pizzę polewam koniecznie dobrą oliwą, najlepiej smakową. Zimą lubię sos chilli i majonez Kielecki. Tak, patriotka lokalna!
Hi:)
I know you are also pizza lovers;) and for sure you want to find a perfect recipe for an amazing pizza dough. Not so thin, but also not too fluffy, not sad layer, not too big, neither too soft. I found such recipe and the key to success is coarse-ground flour.
So, let's do it!
Ingredients:
Mix yeast, sugar, warm water and a teaspoon of flour and leave it for 10 minutes covered with a clean cloth. I have my own way - I'm always leaving my dough in the oven (50 degrees with option top-bottom).
After this time mix flour, salt, egg, yeats and oil. Crease your pastry for 5-7 minutes and leave it for one hour or again in the oven for half an hour.
Of course, you can fill your pizza with fav ingredients. I like classical ones, but also Marrakesh pizaa (with different types of cheese, dried tomatoes and fresh rocket and Margharita with fresh prosciutto and rocket. On the top I prefer high quality olive oil and in the winter sweet chilli sauce and mayo;)

Idealne ciasto: lekkie i puszyste./ A perfect pastry: light and fluffy. |
Kolejność układania składników też jest ważna: na cieście sos, ser.../ Key to success: first sauce, than cheese... |
wędlina, pieczarki, cebula, zioła i znowu ser!/ meat, mushrooms, onion, herbs and cheese again! |
Smacznego!
Bon apetit!
